Q. What are your opening hours?

A. Our customer service team are available Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-4.20pm, with the exception of bank holidays. However, you can purchase from the website at any time including bank holidays and weekends.

 

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept the majority of credit cards and debit cards using the secure Worldpay online payment gateway, however we unfortunately do not accept American Express.

 

Q. How long do your deliveries take?

A. Typical deliveries are made within 3 - 5 working days, dependant on stock availability and location. See our terms and conditions here.

 

Q. Do you offer free delivery?

A. Yes, but there are certain terms and conditions that need to be met. Click here for details

 

Q. Do I have to register to order?

A. You can check out as a guest, but if you do register you'll be able to keep track of your orders and view your past orders too.

 

Q. Can I print off data sheets and installation guides?

A. Yes many of the product pages have links to PDFs for you to download & print
