If you have a headlap of 75mm or 100mm then using the Marley Modern will not be a problem at all when looking for a single lap flat tile as an alternative to standard plain tiles. Using a broken bond laying pattern, it gives passes by the stunning effect of an almost slate like appearance without the slate prices. Used for extensions, home restorations and of course new builds it is an incredibly versatile, reliable and solid option too.
