FIX-R Classic Liquid 10 is a single component Polyurethane cold-applied liquid waterproofing system, designed to assist the roofer with protecting Flat Roofing surfaces. The system can be fully reinforced using a Polyester Reinforcing Fabric; applied wet-on-wet OR locally reinforced using a self-adhesive Jointing Tape (dependent on surface application). Limitations of FIX-R Classic liquid
- Can’t be applied at temperatures below 50
- Can’t be applied to damp or wet surfaces.
- Flammable when wet (solvent-based).
- Coverage is dependent on the smoothness of the substrate.
- Product must be used immediately once the bucket is opened.
- No BBA certification.

What is FIX-R Classic JointSeal 10?
FIX-R Classic JointSeal 10 is a low-modulus expansion joint sealant. It has been created to contain both PU and Silylated-PU technology, which means it has the best of both technologies. The sealant has been modified to give enhanced thixotropic properties. JointSeal 10 cures by reaction with atmospheric humidity which produces a sealant with a 50% joint movement accommodation factor and great adhesion on substrates. This is usually a challenge for PU sealants like glass, aluminium, steel, polycarbonate, etc. JointSeal 10 works even in very low temperatures and has storage stability, unlike any other polyurethane sealant on the market.

What is FIX-R Classic fabric?
Fabric 10 is a non-woven, spun-bound, polypropylene-reinforced fabric. It is recommended for use when applying Liquid 10 over existing Built-Up Felt and Asphalt Roofs.
What is FIX-R Classic Tape?
FIX-R Classic Tape 10 is a self-adhesive tape. It is made of a butyl rubber compound protected by a fleece in polypropylene. Developed for applications where a high adhesion property on materials like concrete, gypsum boards and marble is needed. Tape 10 is compatible with most common glues (cement and non-cement-based adhesive). It can be used under wood, marble and ceramic coverings amongst others. You should test the material to ensure compatibility. Tape 10 is highly adhesive to all materials and especially to plastic, glass, steel, polycarbonate, wood and bitumen.
